Boram acquires Newgex

Boram Pharm announced on March 31 that it has acquired Newgex, Inc., a local biopharmaceutical company and that this acquisition will add growth momentum to Boram’s research and development projects.

The merged company will have two joint CEOs – Dr. Lee Tae-kyu and Mr. Kim Joon-young. It will soon make public a new corporate identity.
