60% of elderly people understand drug’s efficacy

Almost 40 percent of elderly patients aged over 65 have not been fully informed of drug’s therapeutic effect due to lack of drug guidance from doctor or pharmacist, according to a recent survey of 605 elderly people conducted by the National Health Insurance Corporation.
