KFDA to open patent website for 70 drugs
The Korea Food and Dug Administration plans to open its patent information website “Patent Infomedix” for small- and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies to get easier assess to various patent information of 70 medicines – composition, date of approval, dispute and suit at home and abroad.
