1,500 billion won subsidy for new drug R&D by 2010.

The MOHW announced in the meeting of the parliamentary inspection of the government administration that 1,500 billion won of financial subsidy would be provided for the R&D of new drug discovery by year 2010 especially in the areas of bio-engineering, research of natural fine active substances and new drugs development by oriental medical technology.
