Doctors protest drug substitution bill

Doctors have vehemently opposed a bill designed to grant an incentive system to pharmacists who will use generics for an original brand product.

The Korean Medical Association (KMA), the nation's largest group of doctors, said in a statement that the bill should be scrapped for people’s health.
