Multinational firms back FTC action over undue rebates

The Korean Research-based Pharmaceutical Industry Association (KRPIA) said on January 16 that it has supported the Fair Trade Commission’s action to root out illicit practices, adding this should serve as a catalyst to spread the principle of competition, a trend of the times which the pharmaceutical industry cannot avoid either.
