Screening period of chemically modified drugs to be shortened
Chemically modified drugs and generics will be listed into the national health insurance within 30-60 days and 60-90 days after application, the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service said on December 22.
The move came after the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Family Affairs indicated that the listing period will have to be shortened for earlier release of cost-effective medicines.
