Korea to set up APEC harmonization center next year

A new harmonization center for APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) will be established in Seoul next year in a bid to harmonize regulatory practices in 21 APEC members, it was announced by officials of the Korea Food and Administration, who participated in the public meeting of the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) held in Brussels, Belgium, November 10-13, 2008.
