Incentive provisions for honest institutes to include bill checking exemption.

Effective from June this year the MOHW will give an exempted privilege in the bill review to honest medical institutes and pharmacies by issuing them a special authorization called "Green Card" certification. This incentive provision will provide not only the bill review exemption but also earlier payment of the medical insurance bills.
