Fines on product information session is unfair, court says
A court ruled that a product information session sponsored by Yuhan Corporation was fair.
The Seoul High Court said on November that the session is not regarded as undue activity to attract customers and a 2.1 billion won in fines is not acceptable.
The court said that rebates, contributions and payments of expenses for overseas trips for using Yuhan products are deemed illegal.
