KPMA to root out illegal rebate provision

Members of the Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association have rolled up their sleeves to stamp out undue rebate provision, citing some common types of unfair practices such as price fixing, illicit inducement of customers in the process of delivery and the abuse of patent rights to dominate the market.
