Selling of drug by speedy courier service is unlawful: court

A pharmacy cannot sell any drugs through a “quick service'' courier, a court ruled recently. A local court in Suwon ruled in favor of Hwasung city of Kyunggi Province which fined 3.72 million won against a pharmacist, saying the pharmacist violated the current Korean pharmaceutical affairs Law.
