NHIC needs rights to probe illegal insurance bills.

The civic groups took a pan-national resolution rally at the Seoul station plaza on April 26 in participation of 500 members, claiming for the current medical charges to cut down and for illegal medical bills to eradicate, and, at the same time, voiced that the on-the-spot investigation against false and illegal medical bills should be empowered to the NHIC.
