Health ministry to get tough over generic data fabrication

Drug makers who are found to market any generic drugs whose bioequivalence testing was falsified after getting into the national health insurance will be subject to a heavy fine, five times as high as revenues, according to the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Family Affairs.
