National health insurance not to cover reissued prescription, HIRA says

Patients who want to reissue the prescription after losing dispensed medicines carelessly will exclude from the national health insurance benefits, according to the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA).

However, the HIRA said in its Q/&A data that the reissued prescription may be reimbursable if a patient is found not to receive dispensed drugs at pharmacy.
