Linkage of product license-insurance price registration eyed

The Korea Drug Research Association has called for the government to shorten the period of assessing the possible health insurance prices of all medicines, when these drugs are approved by the Korea Food and Drug Administration.

A KDRA official said that if this is the case, drug makers will be encouraged to come up with ways to offer effective drugs at cheaper prices.
