Private health insurance cannot be exclusive possession of the rich

Critics say private health insurance may be exclusively used by wealthy people, but such claim is groundless, according to a local researcher for the Korea Development Institute.

Yoon Hee-sook, a KDI research fellow, said in a report that the private insurance would not cause social indiscrimination, far from aggravating the financial stability of the national health insurance.
