Government to sue against 92 pharmaceutical firms

The National Health Insurance Corporation said on June 23 it will file a civil suit against local 92 pharmaceutical manufacturers, calling for the return of medication costs paid to 229 items whose market authorizations were cancelled due to bioequivalence data fabrication.
