Female marketers exceed men in employment rate

The number of female marketers is growing at a faster pace than their male counterparts these days as women increasingly outpace men in 13 foreign-invested pharmaceutical companies.

According to Pharmax Ogilvy Healthworld, a marketing agency, the employment rate of female marketers in 15 pharmaceutical firms (13 foreign and two domestic firms) stood at 57 percent in 2007.
