Aspirin market to be expanded

The domestic market size for aspirin 100mg valued at 40 billion won is expected to be further expanded as the Korea Food and Drug Administration has recently nodded the additional indications of Boryung Pharm's Astrix capsule for the treatment of hypertension, diabetes, obesity and hypercholesterolmia.

This is meant that Astrix has the same indication as Bayer's Aspirin Protect.
